Job summary

Superior Plus Propane seeks a Program Manager, Employee Experience & Culture to design, implement, and manage programs that improve employee experience across a newly integrated North American organization. You will partner with HRBPs, lead recognition initiatives, and embed our culture across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, technology enablement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent management or organizational development.
• Experience in multi-site and multi-national organizations.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; we will not sponsor visas now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage programs to improve the employee experience, including project management, vendor management, content creation, communications, and program analytics.
• Partner with HRBPs to ensure the simplicity, relevancy, and value of programs, and provide guidance to HRBPs to support successful adoption.
• Manage our internal recognition platform and lead recognition initiatives, including the creation of formal award programs tied to our new values.
• Execute on our employee experience strategy with programs and initiatives to connect our employees to our culture at key moments throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support the senior manager in executing our employee listening strategy. Manage our approach to how we listen to, learn from, and act on employee feedback.
• Leverage technology and AI to optimize performance and engagement programs.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies.
