Superior Plus Propane is seeking an HRIS Analyst to configure and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with HR policies. You will support managers and employees, act as a Dayforce Super User across HR functions, and develop reports for the business.

The role emphasizes data quality, system integrations, and training end-users. Salary ranges around $80k–$85k per year, with standard US benefits and an emphasis on confidentiality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supporting and configuring HRIS modules including Core HR, Recruiting & Onboarding.
• Experience with Dayforce preferred; strong communication and project skills.
• Experience with data integrity and reporting in HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Dayforce maintenance: configuration, processes, security.
• Serve as Super User for HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Benefits.
• Develop custom reports and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Load, audit, and report HRIS data; support integrations with IT.
• Create training guides and end-user documentation.
