Job summary

Bluestone seeks a Program Manager – Employee Experience to join our lean, high-impact HR team in a healthcare environment where culture and retention impact operational excellence and patient care.

The role requires a local Minnesota candidate who can work on-site at our downtown Stillwater, MN office 1 to 2 days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days. Occasional travel (≤10%) is expected. Salary range: $85,000–$100,000.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and administering employee surveys and engagement metrics.
• Ability to translate qualitative data into clear dashboards for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Survey Administration: Own the end-to-end administration of all employee feedback mechanisms (annual engagement surveys, pulse surveys, onboarding checkpoints, exit/stay interviews).
• Predictive Insights: Translate qualitative and quantitative sentiment data into actionable dashboards for executive leadership and department heads.
