LAdmins is seeking a warm, proactive Engagement Specialist to be the trusted point of contact for our Remote Professionals. You will nurture relationships, monitor welfare and compliance, and keep records and reporting running smoothly while collaborating with our U.S.-based team.

Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, attendance management, and coordinating engagement events. Strong English communication and empathy are essential; a dedicated home workspace and reliable internet are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR, employee engagement, or related areas; remote/BPO experience preferred.
• Experience with check-ins, coaching conversations, and handling employee concerns.
• Experience with HRIS, attendance management or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• RP Engagement & Relationship Management: be primary contact for RPs, build relationships.
• Retention & Early Risk Detection: spot disengagement and address issues early.
• Coaching & Employee Relations: lead coaching on attendance and professionalism.
• Onboarding, Compliance & Records: manage preboarding, onboarding and records.
• Performance Bonus & Business Continuity Support: validate requirements and welfare checks.
• Culture, Recognition & Offboarding: plan activities and manage offboarding when needed.
