Blueprint Technologies is seeking an Employee Engagement & Communications Program Manager for a fully remote role. You will lead engagement programs, develop executive communications, and coordinate all-hands events to strengthen culture across a distributed organization.

You will partner with senior leadership, HR, and communications teams to align messaging, manage multiple priorities, and ensure high-quality employee experiences while leveraging AI tools where appropriate.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
• Experience designing and executing employee engagement programs.

• Develop and execute employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives.
• Create executive communications and all-hands materials.
