Blueprint, a technology solutions firm headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, seeks an experienced leader to drive employee engagement, internal communications and culture initiatives. The role involves creating executive communications, all-hands content and coordinating leadership forums and recognition programs.

You will manage event logistics, analyze engagement data, and oversee budgets and risks across multiple programs, partnering with senior leadership to improve the employee experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years in employee engagement, internal communications or program management.
• Experience designing engagement programs, events or employee experiences.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Develop and execute employee engagement programs, organizational communications and culture initiatives.
