• 5+ years of industry experience in employee benefits or related field.
• Active licenses required for benefits products or lines of authority.
• Exceptional customer service and clear communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Client management: handle an assigned book of business and ensure performance standards.
• Client service: deliver outstanding service, anticipate needs, respond promptly to requests.
• Team leadership: supervise Account Coordinators and direct daily activities.
• Daily activities: assign tasks, set expectations, monitor execution, and take corrective actions.
• Business growth: identify and pursue sales opportunities to expand IOA’s book of business.
• New business setup: manage onboarding, data gathering, file creation, and rates.
• Renewals: coordinate renewal activities, obtain rates, audit data, and schedule meetings.
• Client relationships: build trust, solicit feedback, and implement improvements.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
