Job summary

First Due is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant, Emergency Operations for remote work in the United States. You will configure and deploy Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants and Command modules, enabling field responders and enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer-facing implementation in SaaS or equivalent public safety ops.
• Strong public safety knowledge including fire ground operations and incident command.
• Familiarity with GIS/mapping concepts as applied to occupancies and hydrants.
• Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Rocketlane or similar professional services delivery platform.

Responsibilities

• ConfigurePre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants and Command modules for field operations.
• Deliver milestones with the Implementation Manager and surface risks early.
• Maintain project status, efforts, and configuration docs in Rocketlane.
• Coordinate CAD/AVL data flows and surface product gaps for enhancements.
