Job summary

Fieldguide is hiring an Implementation Consultant for the EMEA region, remote-first with UK focus. You will onboard new customers, drive adoption of Fieldguide Accelerator, and collaborate with Success, Engineering, Product, and Sales to ensure outcomes.

You’ll own the onboarding program, build trust, manage multiple engagements, and help shape the product roadmap through customer feedback, measurements, and case studies across the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements, including SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST assessments.
• AND/OR 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar, at a top management consulting firm (preferred) or high-growth startup.
• You are a team player, and you are mission-first.
• Project management proficiency with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects and requests with little direct oversight.
• Executive presence and ability to influence change.
• Bias towards action. You take ownership of projects end-to-end and see them through to completion, with minimal direction or oversight.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers.
• Guide growth by outlining customer goals and necessary activities; review onboarding progress.
• Build champions and grow Fieldguide knowledge among customers.
• Advocate for the customer by liaising with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales and other teams.
• Mitigate risks by identifying potential issues and developing action plans.
• Measure and document progress with customer value realization and case studies.
