Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first company based in San Francisco, delivering onboarding experiences for customers through its Fieldguide Accelerator program. As an Implementation Consultant, you will collaborate with Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams to drive adoption and value realization for new customers.

You will guide customers from sales handoff to value realization, build plans to meet goals, and advocate for customer needs to shape product roadmaps and onboarding iterations.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial audit or assurance (2+ years).
• Experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar (3+ years).
• Strong consulting skills helping complex organizations succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers through regular engagement during implementation.
• Create an onboarding plan with customer goals and activities.
• Cultivate customer champions and grow Fieldguide knowledge.
• Serve as the link between customers and Fieldguide cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and develop action plans to mitigate them.
• Document progress with case studies, use cases, and success metrics.
