Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first company focused on automating and streamlining assurance and audit work. As Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead onboarding programs like Fieldguide Accelerator, ensuring rapid time-to-value and strong customer adoption across teams.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Design and Sales to map customer goals, track progress, and mitigate risks while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing.
• OR 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding or implementation at a top firm or high-growth startup.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers during onboarding.
• Maintain engagement across implementation and value realization.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Design and Sales; advocate for the customer.
