Job summary

Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking an Implementation Consultant for its Digitech ePCR and Fire software solutions in a remote capacity. The role drives deployment, configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization for EMS agencies, fire departments, and other public safety organizations.

You will translate customer needs into software solutions, coordinate data migration, and provide ongoing guidance. This position requires extensive travel and collaboration with Product, Development, and Support

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of EMS, fire service, healthcare technology, public safety technology, or software implementation experience.
• Experience training adult learners and presenting to customer groups.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows within EMS or fire organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation projects for new and existing customers.
• Coordinate data migration activities from legacy systems.
• Conduct virtual and onsite training for administrators and end users.
• Develop implementation plans and monitor progress against timelines.
• Serve as primary customer contact during implementation and go-live.
