Job summary

Advarra, Inc. is seeking an Application Implementation Specialist to translate clinical research needs into workflows that optimize use of Advarra’s software solutions. You will lead customer implementations, guide internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones in a fully remote US role.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in healthcare technology, strong analytical and client-facing skills, and familiarity with CTMS, EDC, and EMR/EHR systems.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in healthcare technology (clinical research preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Strong oral presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Master complex software applications, integrations and reports.
• Understand customer processes and assist with implementation of solutions.
• Map current workflows to future state application workflows.
• Develop use cases to document business requirements and scenarios.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Assist in answering technical RFP questions for prospects.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer project team.
