Zusammenfassung

Darkroom is hiring an Email Marketing Associate to craft compelling email and SMS copy, build flows, and drive revenue for DTC brands. You’ll own lifecycle marketing from ideation to reporting in a fast-paced agency setting.

This fully remote role supports a team in EST, open to candidates in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Argentina and Mexico; 2–4 years of experience, Klaviyo expertise, and a passion for storytelling are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of digital marketing, copywriting or growth experience.
• Experience with agency or multiple clients in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and growth-oriented; able to think outside the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Aufgaben

• Write email and SMS marketing copy.
• Build and deploy email and SMS flows and campaigns.
• Develop content for e-commerce/DTC clients.
• Design and optimize retention marketing calendars with campaigns.
• Collaborate with Retention Managers and design team to implement campaigns.
• Manage briefs and approval with clients.
