BairesDev is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support planning, creation, and deployment of email campaigns that engage our audience and drive business results. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute programs across the full customer journey, from awareness through retention.

Responsibilities include building, testing, and deploying newsletters and automated sequences, managing audience segments, writing copy, performing A/B tests, and reporting on metrics.

Qualifications

• Our client seeks 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Familiarity with email compliance requirements including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
