BairesDev is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and deploy email campaigns across the customer journey. You will collaborate with marketing to drive engagement, retention, and business results.

You will build newsletters, promotions, and automated sequences, while optimizing deliverability, copy, and performance metrics across audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Familiarity with email compliance requirements including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Responsibilities
