Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Email and Marketing Automation Manager to lead the design and execution of targeted email campaigns. The role partners with Marketing and Sales to drive growth, optimize Journeys, and supervise a small team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive HubSpot experience, a data-driven mindset, and strong communication skills to collaborate across functions while delivering high-quality campaigns remotely.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or CRM.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, lists, segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex email programs and automated journeys for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of email KPIs, deliverability, and database health management.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns across multiple audiences and segments.
• Build and optimize automated customer journeys including lead nurture, onboarding, product education, cross-sell/upsell, re-engagement, retention, and event follow-up.
• Manage audience segmentation based on behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage, and customer data.
• Provide daily work direction to team members, assign campaign tasks, review builds, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain campaign quality through rigorous QA testing and monitor deliverability and database health.
