Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing or digital ops.
• Experience planning, building, testing, and deploying campaigns in ESPs.
• Experience supporting high-volume campaigns, automation, QA, and scheduling.
• Ability to analyze email performance and translate insights into actions.
• Experience evaluating new email marketing tools and capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability best practices and inbox placement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day email marketing operations and campaigns.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Oversee campaign execution aligned with brand standards and schedules.
• Maintain centralized marketing calendar across channels.
• Provide backup for campaign setup, QA, testing, and deployment as needed.
