Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Growth Manager to maximize email as a growth channel for GetQR. You will develop audience segmentation, build personalized lifecycle journeys, and lead experiments to improve conversion, activation, and retention.

Collaborate with Email, Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to turn insights into measurable results. This role combines analytical skills, customer understanding, and hands-on lifecycle marketing experience, offering remote work

Qualifications

• 3+ years in email or lifecycle marketing.
• 2+ years in growth experimentation and A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience building audience segments and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Ability to translate customer research into messaging and flows.
• Experience defining experiments that improve conversion, activation and retention.
• Strong copywriting for subject lines, CTAs, and lifecycle content.
• Strong analytics linking email performance to business outcomes.
• Experience with Customer.io, Mixpanel or similar platforms.
• Understanding of event-based automation and deliverability.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Email, Growth, Product and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the email and lifecycle marketing growth roadmap.
• Research customer needs and behavior to identify segments.
• Develop segmentation and lifecycle onboarding, activation, conversion, retention and re-engagement journeys.
• Adapt messaging, content, offers and CTAs to each segment.
• Define journey triggers, timing, branching and exit conditions.
• Work with Product and Analytics to identify data needed for segmentation and automation.
• Prioritize opportunities and experiments by business impact.
• Write hypotheses and run A/B tests across messaging and journey structure.
• Analyze email performance and user behavior for growth opportunities and friction points.
• Partner with Email Team to implement flows and improvements.
• Measure impact on conversion, activation, revenue, and retention.
• Maintain experiment backlog and document learnings.
• Share daily experiment updates in Growth Slack.
• Conduct ongoing customer, market and competitor research.
• Monitor deliverability and audience engagement for sustainable growth.
