Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Growth Manager to maximize email as a growth channel for GetQR. You will develop audience segmentation, build personalized lifecycle journeys, and lead experiments to improve conversion, activation, and retention.

Collaborate with Email, Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to turn customer insights into measurable business results. This role suits someone who combines analytical rigor with hands-on lifecycle marketing experience.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in email or lifecycle marketing.
• 2+ years in growth experimentation and A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience building audience segments and automated journeys.
• Translate research/data into messaging and effective flows.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the email and lifecycle marketing growth roadmap.
• Research customer needs to identify meaningful audience segments.
• Develop segmentation based on use cases, product behavior, lifecycle, and purchase intent.
• Build personalized onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and re-engagement journeys.
• Adapt messaging, content, offers, and CTAs to segment needs.
• Define journey triggers, timing, branching logic, and exit conditions.
• Work with Product and Analytics to identify data/events for segmentation and automation.
• Prioritize lifecycle opportunities and experiments by expected impact.
• Write hypotheses and run A/B tests across messaging and journey structure.
• Analyze email performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Email Team to implement flows and campaigns.
• Measure experiment impact on conversion, activation, revenue, and retention.
• Maintain an experiment backlog and document learnings.
• Share daily experiment updates in Growth Slack.
• Conduct ongoing customer, market, and competitor research to generate hypotheses.
• Monitor deliverability and audience engagement to support growth.
