Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Growth Manager to maximize email as a growth channel for GetQR. You will develop audience segmentation, build personalized lifecycle journeys, and lead structured experimentation to improve conversion, activation, and retention.

Work with Email, Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to turn customer insights into measurable business results. Ideal candidates combine analytical rigor with hands‑on lifecycle marketing and experimentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in growth experimentation and A/B testing.
• Hands‑on experience building audience segments and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Ability to translate customer research into relevant messaging and effective flows.
• Experience developing and prioritizing experiments that improve conversion, activation, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the email and lifecycle marketing growth roadmap; identify audience needs and behavior.
• Build personalized onboarding, activation, and re‑engagement journeys for different segments.
• Define journey triggers, timing, and exit conditions; prioritize opportunities and experiments.
• Write clear hypotheses and run A/B tests across messaging, content, and cadence.
• Analyze email performance and collaborate with Email, Growth, Product, and Analytics teams.
