Job summary

EBG in the United States is seeking an Email Developer to design, code, and optimize enterprise email campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work with Marketing and Product teams to scale personalized experiences, ensure best practices, and drive growth for major brands and offers.

Responsibilities include building complex templates, integrating data, QA, and mentoring peers on coding standards while using AI-assisted tools for faster delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on coding and email production in enterprise Marketing Automation/ESP environments.
• Advanced HTML/CSS and liquid scripting for marketing campaigns.
• Strong dynamic personalization and audience segmentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex and customized HTML/CSS email templates from scratch.
• Provide guidance to automate and personalize emails using advanced scripting.
• Create modular templates using HTML, CSS, and liquid scripting for dynamic offers.
• Build customer journeys using logic and segmentation criteria.
• Code with a mobile-first mindset and best practices.
• Mentor teammates on coding standards and perform reviews.
