Job summary

McCormick & Company, Inc. is seeking a Global Email Marketing Manager to lead email and CRM strategies. The role will drive engagement for consumer and industrial audiences, manage the editorial calendar, and optimize campaigns using testing and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or IT or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in CPG.
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for CRM databases, mobile push, web and in-app personalization.
• Experience driving ecommerce email marketing with sales/conversion as KPI.
• Knowledge of segmentation, personas, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Google Analytics to measure email impact on business goals.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Strong creative direction for visual design and copy.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, execution, and performance of email marketing programs, including acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Develop and execute CRM and email marketing roadmap, segmentation, and content planning across consumer, industrial, and ecommerce channels.
• Manage distribution of email sends against a planned editorial calendar and learning agenda; test layouts and content (A/B).
• Extract CRM data insights and translate into actionable plans aligned to business objectives.
• Support rollout and evolution of CRM, engagement, and personalization tech; analyze customer paths.
• Develop a digital measurement framework and track CRM KPIs.
• Integrate CRM strategies into existing marketing and digital workflows.
