Job summary

CDP is seeking an Email Production Specialist to join the Remote team. The role focuses on coordinating and executing large-scale email campaigns for MSB public media stations, delivering timely solicitations, and ensuring assets are ready for use.

The successful candidate will manage onboarding with our email platform, align deadlines with creative teams, and set up audiences in Iterable while handling scheduling and proofing processes in a fast-paced fundraising environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail, grammar and clarity.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (email, web, CRM).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with learning new software platforms and ability to apply training quickly.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute email campaigns for MSB stations.
• Onboard new MSB cooperative stations with our email platform.
• Align the Creative Team’s copy and artwork deadlines with the email solicitation calendar.
• Ensure assets needed for email solicitation are delivered on time.
• Organize marketing assets in appropriate file directories and platforms.
• Help triage and communicate issues affecting email solicitation delivery.
• Proof and obtain approvals from MSB stations; set up audience in Iterable; manage email send scheduling.
