Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support the daily production and execution of high-volume email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and international initiatives. You will format emails, manage multiple campaigns, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years in email marketing or digital campaign production, attention to detail, and hands-on HTML editing experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in email marketing or digital campaign production.
• Experience in high-volume corporate or media environments with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with email platforms and campaign management tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, format, and deploy mobile-optimized email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences.
• Manage approximately 10 campaigns at varying stages while supporting a high-volume team.
• Edit email content, images, banners, metadata, and minor HTML for quality and formatting.
• Schedule deployments and coordinate launch details across stakeholders.
• Insert and format promotional banners and assets within emails.
• Perform QA testing for content, links, metadata, and rendering across devices.
• Prepare campaign proofs for stakeholder review and approval.
• Execute A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and send times.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates and risks to stakeholders.
• Track assignments, deadlines, approvals, and project status in Jira or similar tools.
• Follow email marketing best practices and privacy regulations.
• Support time-sensitive or breaking-news email deployments as needed.
