CDP is seeking an Email Production Specialist to join the Remote team. The role focuses on coordinating and executing large-scale email campaigns for MSB public media stations, delivering timely solicitations, and ensuring assets are ready for use.

Qualifications

The Digital Production Team

The Digital Production Team is one of the six teams that comprise the Fundraising Operations Department, which supports critical fundraising functions for the Member Service Bureau (MSB) cooperative. The Digital Production Team is responsible for managing the MSB cooperative’s web and e‑mail presence. On behalf of the 52 MSB station (and growing) cooperative, The Digital Production Team sends annually over 100 million email solicitations that garner critical financial support to sustain the thriving public media ecosystem. This role is specifically tailored to assist with this important work.

Position Summary

The Email Production Specialist serves a vital role within the marketing team by coordinating and executing email campaigns on behalf of the MSB public media organizations we support. This entry‑level position is designed for individuals who are eager to launch their marketing careers and develop expertise managing impactful email marketing campaigns at scale with cutting‑edge tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the production and implementation of MSB station e‑solicitations program.
• Support the onboarding of new MSB cooperative stations with our email platform.
• Align the Creative Team’s copy and artwork deadlines with the email solicitation calendar.
• Confirm that all assets needed to support email solicitation are delivered on time.

Campaign Management

• Organize marketing assets in appropriate file directories and platforms
• Help triage and communicate issues affecting email solicitation delivery

Email Marketing Execution

• Ensure emails are proofed and approved by MSB stations
• Within the Iterable platform set-up appropriate email audience for each e‑solicitation
• Manage email send scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail, grammar and clarity.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (email, web, CRM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Iterable or similar email platform

Educational Requirements
