Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Project Lead for ELN/LIMS implementations in Life Sciences. You will drive requirements, configuration, validation, and stakeholder alignment to deliver compliant, scalable lab informatics solutions.

Remote position in the United States with potential client-site engagements. 8+ years of experience in regulated life sciences projects and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, life sciences, CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years delivering life sciences, lab informatics or regulated tech projects.
• Experience leading ELN/LIMS within laboratory environments.
• Knowledge of GxP, GLP, cGMP, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ELN/LIMS implementation projects from planning to deployment.
• Gather, analyze, document and manage business and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specs, and roadmaps with traceability.
• Support configuration, integrations, data migration, and adoption activities.
• Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, defect management, and change control.
