Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Project Lead for ELN/LIMS implementations in Life Sciences. You will lead end-to-end projects, gather requirements, drive validation, and ensure regulatory compliance in US-based labs.

The role requires 8+ years delivering life sciences technology programs and strong stakeholder management, with remote work allowed for US-qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years delivering Life Sciences, laboratory informatics, or regulated industry tech projects.
• Experience leading ELN and/or LIMS implementation projects in lab environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, functional specs, process maps, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of lab workflows, data management, and compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ELN/LIMS implementation projects from planning to post-implementation support.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories and specifications with traceability across the project.
• Support configuration, integrations, data migration, and adoption activities.
• Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, defect management, change control, and CSV/compliance documentation.
