Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Project Lead to drive ELN/LIMS implementations in regulated Life Sciences environments. You will lead requirements gathering, design, validation, and deployment, collaborating with QA, IT, and vendors to deliver compliant solutions.

This remote-friendly role supports qualified U.S. applicants, with occasional client-site activities and travel as needed. You will oversee IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, and create traceability across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering Life Sciences or regulated tech projects.
• Experience leading ELN and LIMS implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of GxP, GLP, cGMP, GAMP 5, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT and validation.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ELN/LIMS implementation projects.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and roadmaps.
• Coordinate validation activities and regulatory documentation.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Support data migration and deployment activities.
