Qualifications

• Active Virginia P&C license required.
• 3+ years client-facing insurance experience.
• Proficiency with agency management software.
• CISR/CIC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify coverage gaps and design protection strategies.
• Manage active referrals pipeline with focus on long-term value.
• Provide excellent service for policy inquiries and complex claims.
• Collaborate with underwriting to negotiate terms for unique portfolios.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events.
• Analyze monthly sales data to refine outreach strategies.
