Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
• Strong proficiency in client advocacy and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• High level of comfort using digital office tools and CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage a diverse portfolio of clients by providing thoughtful, personalized risk management advice.
• Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to ensure each client is protected according to their evolving life circumstances.
• Expand the agency’s footprint in the Bowie community through proactive networking and community engagement.
• Draft and present customized insurance proposals that align with the specific needs of individuals and families.
• Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure every policy transaction is handled with precision and care.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, carrier products, and underwriting guidelines.
