Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty License for Connecticut.
• Proven track record of managing an insurance sales book or producer role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with local community members.
• Deep understanding of Connecticut insurance regulations and policy coverage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain complex policy language clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients to protect their assets through tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is properly covered against risk.
• Deliver high-quality service to existing policyholders, acting as their primary point of contact for any questions.
• Analyze current market trends to proactively suggest coverage adjustments for clients.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and policy records within our internal systems.
• Participate in local community events to represent The Atlantic District and grow your personal network.
