• 15+ years of management experience preferred.
• 15+ years of underwriting/underwriting operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise‑level leadership across operations and transformation.
• Direct department goals and ensure alignment with underwriting and customer experience.
• Lead cross‑functional enterprise initiatives affecting policy lifecycle.
• Ensure controls, compliance, and governance across operations.
• Partner with Finance, Underwriting, and Compliance on financial reporting.
