Job summary

UFG Insurance is seeking an AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis to serve as a senior leader in Corporate Finance. The role drives strategic financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting, partnering with the VP to translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans.

The AVP leads FP&A execution, develops talent, strengthens partnerships, and advances analytical capabilities to support executive decision-making. 12+ years of FP&A leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or related field required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A and corporate finance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of FP&A to set the enterprise agenda and leadership deliverables.
• Lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Review financial results, forecasts, and investment proposals to improve decision quality.
• Oversee management reporting and executive analysis for CFO and governance forums.
• Serve as a senior financial advisor translating strategy into measurable plans.
• Lead FP&A transformation through planning, reporting modernization, and data quality improvement.
