Job summary

UFG Insurance seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead a large, multi‑functional team across Underwriting Support, Premium Audit, and Billing. You will shape the operating model, drive efficiency, and ensure premium accuracy and customer experience for agents and insureds.

Reporting to the C‑suite, you will set strategic vision, prioritize enterprise initiatives, manage workforce strategy, and oversee governance, compliance, and transformation programs to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years management experience required.
• 15+ years of underwriting/underwriting operations experience required.
• CPCU designation preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership across operations and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape operating strategy and investments.
