Job summary

Relation Insurance Services seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead regional strategy and execution in partnership with regional leadership and Shared Services. The role oversees operational processes, controls, service delivery, and performance reporting to drive growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

You will build and develop a high-performing team, establish KPIs, manage risk, and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years of progressive experience in insurance operations.
• Experience leading operations across multiple offices, regions, or lines of business.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, operational integrations, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes regional operational strategies aligned with Relation’s objectives.
• Leads and optimizes regional operating processes, controls, service delivery, and reporting practices.
• Partners with Finance to establish and achieve regional financial and operational objectives.
• Establishes analytical frameworks, KPIs, and metrics to support informed decisions.
• Drives regional change initiatives and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Builds and develops a high-performing operations team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Drives client service excellence and regulatory compliance across regions.
