Job summary

AFC Industries is seeking a Vending Solutions Specialist to support vending programs across customer locations with a focus on customer service, order management, and data-driven analysis.

You will coordinate with sales, customer service, warehouse, transportation, and field service to ensure accurate orders, timely fulfillment, and insightful usage reporting, while maintaining data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, account support, order management, or vending operations.
• Experience with customer-facing roles and order management.
• Experience managing orders, inventory, and product requests.
• Experience reviewing usage, sales, or inventory data.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Office products.
• Experience using order management/inventory/CRM systems.
• Experience coordinating across departments to resolve customer needs.
• Experience in fast-paced environments requiring accuracy and responsiveness.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a broader team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Customer Service: be a responsive resource for questions and concerns.
• Manage Orders: create accurate product orders and monitor fulfillment.
• Analyze Usage & Performance: review sales, usage, and inventory data to identify trends.
• Optimize Product Mix: recommend quantities based on demand and usage.
• Coordinate Service & Issue Resolution: work with field service, warehouse, and operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain Accurate Data: keep customer, product, order, and inventory data up to date.
• Support Customer Reviews: provide insights to support discussions and recommendations.
• Identify Improvements: find opportunities to improve availability and satisfaction.
• Follow Processes & Collaborate: execute processes and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Follow policies and work instructions; support department objectives.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
