Job summary

Berkshire Production Supply LLC is seeking a Vending Support Specialist in Roanoke, VA. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial vending machines at customer sites, with limited travel to nearby facilities.

You will handle inbound calls, log service tickets, and manage inventory for each machine while ensuring professional communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21+ to drive company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot tool & MRO industrial vending machines.
• Answer and respond to multiple calls daily while creating and logging service tickets.
• Maintain an accurate inventory for each machine remotely and onsite as required.
• Communicate with customer personnel in a timely, professional manner.
• Respond to customer demand for replenishment and new product lines in VMI programs.
• Coordinate with Field Sales, Sales Manager, and VMI Manager regarding accounts.
