Qualifications

• Experience in field service or hands-on mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support vending systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on machines.
• Train customer teams on operation and inventory practices.
• Conduct cycle counts, restocking, and basic machine calibration.
• Maintain accurate customer and product information in the database.
• Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to resolve on-site issues.
