Job summary

ECS Federal LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale IT programs near the National Capital Region. You will drive planning, execution, and governance across SOC, CDM, CI/CD and engineering teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for a major federal civilian agency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, leading Agile ceremonies, and producing conclusive status reports for government officials while maintaining compliance and high security standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• Active Public Trust 6c clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Active PMP certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of IAM, AWS GovCloud, and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience leading Agile development teams and project governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including senior government briefings.
• Ability to coordinate with federal stakeholders and manage large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage life cycle of IT projects from planning to implementation.
• Define plans, milestones, and resource needs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation.
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate with federal stakeholders to align with goals and compliance.
• Oversee operations across SOC, CDM, CI/CD and engineering teams.
• Present status and recommendations to technical teams and officials.
