Job summary

E-logic is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a federal program for the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) under the SENTRY initiative. The role coordinates cloud engineering, network architecture, and cybersecurity tasks across multiple SMEs, reporting to agency leadership.

The position is remote, with possible on-site work at CBO facilities; travel expenses are not reimbursed. Candidates should have 5+ years of federal IT project management experience and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status is required.
• 5+ years of dedicated federal IT program/project management experience.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with project management tools, budget tracking, and schedule development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact to report out to agency leadership and convey technical requirements back to contract personnel.
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans, manage schedules, and establish sustainable project milestones.
• Allocate tasks efficiently across technical teams and proactively forecast labor burn rates.
• Identify technical or operational risks and implement robust mitigation strategies. Ensure all deliverables comply with federal standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5, FISMA).
• Review and oversee the development of policies, procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation to ensure clarity and compliance.
