GuidePoint Security is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee cybersecurity projects for a federal client. You will lead cross-functional teams delivering SIEM/SOAR, IAM, cloud and network security initiatives, while managing budgets, schedules, and risk.

Requirements include TS/SCI w/Full Scope Poly, 7+ years' PM experience, PMP and Security+ certifications, and ITIL knowledge. The role offers remote work with some travel and 25% onsite near National Capitol Region.

Qualificações

• Must have active TS/SCI w/Full Scope Poly for consideration.
• 7+ years of direct Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of managing a technical team focused on Cyber Security or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing a program with 10+ people.
• 5+ years of experience in public sector/DOD/IC contract management.
• BS degree in CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent Hands-on experience.
• PMI PMP Certification and Security+ Certification are required.
• ITIL framework knowledge for IT services.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of cyber security engineers delivering projects using established PM methodologies.
• Design and implement global technologies and services to meet federal requirements.
• Coordinate collection of business requirements across regional partners and document specs.
• Direct rollout of new functionality to agencies with SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
• Develop measures to define progress; maintain budgets and forecasts.
• Manage contract and project plans; coordinate cross-team strategy and timelines.
• Develop team capabilities and pursue growth beyond initial scope.
• Own all project communications to stakeholders and executives.
