Job summary

CEFALY Technology seeks an accomplished operations leader to scale global supply chain, logistics, and planning. You will own supply planning, inventory management, and fulfillment, while aligning with Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Product Development to ensure product availability and robust growth.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive S&OP improvements, and manage the performance of global logistics providers to optimize cost and service across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive operations, supply chain, logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with global supply chains and third‑party logistics providers.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning and inventory management for global operations.
• Oversee domestic and international logistics, 3PLs, and distribution.
• Drive S&OP processes, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Ensure import/export compliance and regulatory adherence across markets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and KPI reporting across Operations.
