Job summary

Redwire Space Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Staff Subcontracts Administrator to join our team. This role supports both Federal and commercial programs, primarily remote with onsite activities in Goleta, CA.

You’ll coordinate, negotiate and manage complex subcontracts, apply FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR knowledge, and work with cross-functional teams to drive proposals and subcontract closeout. Strong communication and 7+ years in aerospace or manufacturing preferred; Costpoint experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; 7+ years in aerospace/manufacturing; or 10 years without degree.
• Experience supporting US Government and/or commercial programs.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build, review, and approve compliant subcontract documentation.
• Represent company interface between program management and subcontractors; may require travel.
• Administer government contracts; knowledge of FAR/DFARS; ITAR/EAR a plus.
• Prepare proposals, price analyses, and subcontract packages.
• Coordinate subcontractor proposals with internal teams and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and manage deliverables and payments.
• Prepare reports and contractual correspondence for project management.
• Travel less than 10% as needed.
