Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

• Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external inquiries with professional communication via email, phone, and online tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve student account concerns and debt/balance issues.
• Process Direct Bill, VA, and accounts receivable accurately using appropriate systems.
• Post and review payment records (EFT, checks, credit transactions).
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and participate in ongoing trainings.
