Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college/university with relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
• Experience in software asset management, IT asset management, or software licensing in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience analyzing software inventory, license entitlements, purchasing or contract records, and usage data to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular schedule and perform other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate software asset management tools to track inventory, usage, subscriptions, and license entitlements.
• Develop SAM processes, data standards, and documentation for the program.
• Lead or participate in audits, renewals, and license optimization activities.
• Prepare reports and analyses for management and stakeholders.
