Job summary

BOXX Modular, a Black Diamond Group business, seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field operations across project sites in the region. This full-time role combines on-site leadership with travel, safety accountability, and a strong focus on schedule, budget, and quality.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage daily reports, and serve as the on-site BOXX Modular ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding OSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a construction Site Superintendent or similar role.
• Modular experience preferred.
• Ability to travel ~75% and pass drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Champion a strong safety culture across all project sites.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections with authorities and ensure deficiencies are addressed.
• Prepare Daily Reports, project updates, and ensure on-time delivery.
