Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee modular installation activities across customer sites in North America. You will ensure safety, schedule alignment, and quality, coordinating with construction managers, branch operations, and trades.

Role requires leading multiple active sites, enforcing OSHA standards, and maintaining detailed field documentation. Frequent travel to sites outdoors is expected, with a focus on safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, field operations, or modular installation.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and construction site safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, installation plans, and site layouts.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active job sites in fast paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent onsite presence during active installation activities and enforce safety and compliance.
• Manage daily activities of delivery teams, installation crews, and subcontracted trades.
• Provide daily progress updates to Project/Construction Manager and report issues in real time.
• Perform onsite QC inspections and ensure turnover readiness to meet WillScot standards.
• Manage onsite materials, storage, security, and unit demobilization at project end.
• Review drawings and scopes to ensure accurate execution and support plan adjustments.
• Monitor subcontractor adherence to safety, schedule, and quality expectations.
