Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Team Lead for multi-use facilities construction, including healthcare facilities, clinics, and corporate offices. This remote role may require up to 30-50% travel regionally in the Eastern and Central Time Zones.

You will lead project management across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination).
• Experience with healthcare facilities or pharmacy fulfillment projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines; ensure adherence to schedule.
• Lead meetings to review project status across active and pending projects.
• Coach team members to develop expertise across multiple disciplines.
