Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to collaborate with broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that project governance, processes and systems are used consistently.
• Ensure application of best practices on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Interface between suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Manage project communications and regular meetings to flow information.
